⚽️ Football Subway Maxim Cup
Team: U16 Boys & Girls
Event Date: 5th December
The KLASS Senior Boys 11-a-side squad have extended their traditional season this year to test themselves on the international stage — and they have risen to the challenge in superb fashion. This hard-working and talented group of young athletes, led by Coach Brooke Smith, recently captured the prestigious JSA Cup, defeating BSKL in a dramatic penalty shootout in the final.
Hot off that success, the boys travelled to compete in the Subway Maxim Cup, facing top academy teams from across Southeast Asia and Australia. In a fiercely contested tournament, the squad progressed deep into the later stages before narrowly exiting the competition.
Made up of players from Years 10–13, with a promising cohort of Year 9 athletes eagerly awaiting their opportunity, the squad’s progress signals a fantastic resurgence of KLASS football. It is exciting to see the programme returning to full strength and pushing new boundaries of excellence.
