What an incredible performance by the KLASS Lions at the AIMS Primary Swimming 2026 meet! Our swimmers showed true grit and speed, bringing home a massive haul of medals and securing top team rankings across the board.

Individual Superstars

Several students dominated their events, securing multiple podium finishes:

  • Grace P (8): A golden sweep in the 8 & Under girls category! Grace captured four gold medals in the 100m IM (1:22.91), 50m Freestyle (33.47), 50m Backstroke (38.92), and 50m Butterfly (36.77). She also added a silver in the 25m Butterfly (16.77).
  • Zuhayra A (10): Our 9-10 girls powerhouse took home four gold medals in the 100m Freestyle (1:06.31), 50m Butterfly (32.49), 50m Freestyle (29.90), and 100m Butterfly (1:14.46). She also earned a silver in the 200m IM (2:51.38).
  • Keina K (10): Keina was unstoppable in the backstroke, winning gold in the 50m (36.85) and 100m (1:18.08) events, as well as the 200m IM (2:42.44). She also secured a silver in the 100m Butterfly (1:16.14) and a bronze in the 50m Freestyle (31.77).
  • Sven Y (8): A breaststroke specialist, Sven won gold in both the 25m (19.56) and 50m (42.02) Breaststroke, as well as the 100m IM (1:27.68). He also claimed silver in the 50m Backstroke (43.62) and bronze in the 50m Butterfly (41.63).
  • Shanie Y (10): Shanie ruled the breaststroke for the 9-10 girls, taking gold in both the 50m (39.62) and 100m (1:26.69) distances.

Individual Results & Achievements

  • Joo W (10): Earned a bronze in the 200m IM (3:04.48) and placed 5th in the 50m Butterfly.
  • Kirsten T (8): Secured a bronze in the 50m Butterfly (47.11) and finished 4th in the 25m Butterfly.
  • Anna S (9): Finished 5th in the 50m Breaststroke and 7th in the 100m Breaststroke.
  • Dima S (8): Achieved a strong 5th place finish in the 25m Backstroke (23.87).
  • Finn M (8): Placed 6th in the 25m Backstroke and 9th in the 100m IM.
  • Amelia L (10): Finished 6th in the 50m Butterfly and 7th in the 200m IM.
  • James W (10): Placed 6th in the 200m IM and 7th in the 50m Butterfly.
  • Freddie T (8): Finished 6th in the 50m Butterfly and 7th in the 100m IM.
  • Claudia L (7): Placed 7th in the 50m Butterfly and 8th in the 100m IM.
  • Hannah Y (9): Finished 8th in the 100m Backstroke and 9th in the 200m IM.
  • Belle Q (7): Secured two 8th place finishes in the 25m Butterfly and 25m Freestyle.

Relay Success

Our relay teams showed fantastic teamwork to reach the podium:

  • 1st Place: Girls 9-10 200m Freestyle Relay (Chloe A, Emily S, Anna S, Hannah Y) – 2:22.68.
  • 2nd Place: Girls 8 & Under 100m Medley Relay (Karen T, Zimeng Y, Kirsten T, Claudia L) – 1:27.47.
  • 2nd Place: Girls 9-10 200m Medley Relay (Chloe A, Anna S, Amelia L, Hannah Y) – 2:41.77.
  • 3rd Place: Boys 9-10 200m Medley Relay (Theo B, James W, Joo W, Cristan C) – 2:36.23.

Overall Team Standings

The KLASS Lions were a force to be reckoned with, achieving these overall results:

  • 9-10 Girls: Champions (1st Place) with 426 points.
  • 9-10 Combined: 2nd Place with 679 points.
  • 8 & Under Girls: 2nd Place with 339.50 points.
  • 8 & Under Boys: 3rd Place with 288 points.
  • 9-10 Boys: 4th Place with 253 points
