- Images must not contain full names, identity card numbers, addresses, or other personally identifiable information of any individual other than what is already held in the student database.
- The school reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is deemed unsuitable at their sole discretion.
4. Image Ownership & Usage Rights
Participants (and their parents or guardians) retain copyright ownership of the submitted photographs.
However, by submitting an entry, the participant and their parent or guardian grant the organisers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:
- Display selected photographs in the online Tiny Wonders Gallery;
- Share selected photographs on the organisation’s official social media channels;
- Use submitted photographs for internal records and reporting related to the 80th Campaign.
This licence is granted for the duration of the 80th Campaign and any retrospective campaign materials thereafter. The organisers will not sell images to third parties.
Images will only ever be attributed using the child’s first name and year group. No surnames or other personal details will be published.
5. Selection of ‘80 Tiny Wonders’
- A panel of organisers will select up to 80 photographs to be featured in the Tiny Wonders Gallery.
- Selection will be based on creativity, the strength of the participant’s written note, and overall visual impact.
- The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding selection outcomes.
- Participants not selected will still be eligible to claim their participation gift (see Section 6).
6. Participation Gift & Recognition
- All participants who successfully submit a valid entry before the deadline are entitled to claim one (1) participation gift.
- Students that participate at an event can pick up their gift from the 80th Anniversary booth. For those that submit entries at other times, the details on how and when to claim the participation gift will be communicated via the registered email address.
- Participants whose photographs are selected among the ‘80 Tiny Wonders’ will be additionally recognised through display in the online gallery and features on official social media.
- Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
7. Privacy & Child Safety
- The organisers are committed to protecting the privacy and safety of all participants.
