Our first ever MSSD in Volleyball happened over the term break holidays. It was a huge event with a total of 20 teams for the boys category and 16 teams for the girls category. We are proud of our students' performance and their endurance throughout the competition especially when we only had 7 in the team instead of a full squad of 12. We brought in team players from our U15 category to make up the numbers and they showed maturity which exceeded our expectations as they were pitted against more older opponents.

Our boys overcame a tough second group match against SMK Bukit Jalil by snatching the win from behind 31-28. The boys also had a nail biting match in the quarterfinals against Tzu Chi International School with us being the eventual winner at 31-30. They showed resilience and composure throughout the competition. 

Our girls were strong throughout the competition by beating all the opponents and only lost to Kuen Cheng Independent School in the final match. Most notably was our ability in executing strong serving which made life difficult for the opposing team and also our solid receiving for the return and attacks by the opponent.

Congratulations to our students selected to represent the district in the upcoming MSSWPKL Volleyball.
