School IT Systems

To help support parents, the KLASS technology department has adopted a Single Sign-On (SSO) approach, which means regardless of the system, your username (this is your account) and password will always be the same.

Parents need to use their address to access their email and school systems such as:

  • SchoolsBuddy for ECAs, sports and buses
  • KLASSOps for primary lunch booking and payments
  • Kissflow used for securely updating details and ordering new security passes and car stickers

    How do I access SchoolsBuddy?

    Use SchoolsBuddy to access your child’s extra-curricular activities, which includes:

    • ECA Registration & Listings
    • Sports Fixtures
    • Transportation (Bus)

    How do I access KLASSOps?

    KLASSOps is an online payment system for parents. This system may be used for the following payments:

    • Tuition Payments
    • Trip Payments
    • Peripatetic Music Payments
    • ECA Payments
    • Family Badge Replacement Fees
    • Product Tickets
    • Meal Orders (Primary Only)

    Web Access

    This portal needs to be accessed through a traditional computer or laptop browser. It will not work on a mobile phone.

    How do I update my password?

    This portal works better on traditional computer or laptop.

    Before accessing the KLASS systems a parent or legal guardian will need to do a one-time setup, which is recommended to be conducted using a computer. 
    This video helps take you through the steps. Once the actions are complete, a parent or legal guardian's account is now fully active and will be able to access the systems mentioned later in this email.


    When you update your password, all systems will automatically update using the same login credentials. In addition, parents will automatically be enrolled into the KLASS systems without being required to sign up to additional systems.

    Access all school forms in one location with pre-filled information based on your account. These forms include:

    How to Fill Out a Form: Enter your email account and 6-digit pin (Setup in password portal) to complete forms. The 6-digit pin is different from your password.

    How do I access the Parent Evening system?

    An event registration system for parents / legal guardians. This includes:

    • Booking of Parent / Teacher Conferences
    • Video Conferencing for Parent / Teacher Conferences
    • Booking of Special Events

    Please use Google Chrome or Apple Safari. This site will work through both mobile devices and traditional computers.

    How do I access Seesaw?

    Seesaw is a student engagement system used throughout both campuses.

    There may be some parents / legal guardians who will require access to this system. A class teacher will notify families who need it too.

    What other systems do students use in school?

    • Google Classroom

    A teaching and learning platform used with students from Years 5 to 13. ​Class teachers can use Google Classroom to set work, send out information and communicate with students. Information arrives directly into the student’s email account with links to documents in Google Drive.


    • Tapestry

    In Foundation Stage, your child will have their own individual learning journal (Tapestry). Tapestry is an online learning journal that enables the capture and documentation of your child’s ongoing development and learning. It allows us to share this information with you regularly and enables you to respond and discuss these successes as they happen. Staff will upload observations, photos and short videos on a regular basis to build up a record of your child’s experiences and progress during their time with us in the Foundation Stage.


    iStudent App

    The iStudent App offers an innovative and engaging way for students to view their school information- anytime and anywhere. Accessed directly from  their iPads, students can see their curriculum and timetable, achievements and reports. 

    KLASS Gateway (for students)

    The same location as the parent KLASS Gateway, this is a site that allows your child to access the academic areas of the school for each campus and the KLASS Library. Students will be able to access these services using their Google Account username and password. This will be issued to them in the first week of the term.

    Core App List

    Please ensure that your children have all the apps on the core app list for their respective campus, including the paid apps. The list can be found on the KLASS 1:1 site and each app can be clicked to take you directly to the app store for download. This is important to ensure the correct versions of the paid apps are installed as some apps offer different pricing tiers. Similarly students also need the iStudent app, (which is also in the list) and will allow them to view their timetable, achievements and the KLASS Times.

    How do I forward my parent Gmail to an email account of my choosing?

    All parent emails are sent to the parents school SSO email account which ends in If you do not want to access this Gmail account separately you can set it up to forward to an email address of your choosing by following the easy steps below:

    1. On your computer, open Gmail using your account. You can only forward messages for a single Gmail address, and not an email group or alias.
    2. In the top right, click Settings 
    3. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
    4. In the "Forwarding" section, click Add a forwarding address.
    5. Enter the email address you want to forward messages to.
    6. Click Next -  Proceed  - OK.
    7. A verification message will be sent to that address. Click the verification link in that message.
    8. Go back to the settings page for the Gmail account you want to forward messages from, and refresh your browser.
    9. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
    10. In the "Forwarding" section, select Forward a copy of incoming mail to.
    11. Choose what you want to happen with the Gmail copy of your emails. We recommend Keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox so you can refer to your mail later if needed.
    12. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
