Please be informed that the school fees invoice for term 1 of the academic year 2018-2019 has been emailed to you and/or to your company on 2nd July 2018.
As part of our effort to go green, we have fully implemented e-invoice for school fees beginning term 1 of the academic year 2018-2019. As such, you will only be receiving the school fees invoice(s) via email. You may print out the pdf copy attached or request for a hardcopy of the invoice(s) by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The due date for the payment of school fees is 27th August 2018. Late payment penalty will be imposed for any late payments.
Please ignore the above notice if you have paid the fees.
Notice of Withdrawal
As stipulated in the Association's bye-laws, parents who wish to withdraw their child from the school are required to provide a written notice of withdrawal to be given to the Principal by the first day of the child’s last term (one full term’s notice). This is to allow the school to return your deposit when your child leaves school. Failure to notify the school shall result in the forfeiture of the parent deposit in accordance with the school’s bye-law.
Please take note that the due date for giving notice of withdrawal if your child is leaving by end of term 1 of the academic year 2018-2019 is on 27th August 2018.
