Our top mathematicians took part in the United Kingdom Mathematics Trust Senior Competition on 7th November.
This is an international competition with thousands of participants worldwide. These competitions give our gifted and talented students the opportunity to extend themselves, applying the knowledge they have gained in class to a range of mathematical problems.
This time a few of the Year 11 Additional Maths students were invited to participate although normally this competition is only open to Year 12 and 13 students. Overall we had 19 certificate winners in the senior school. Congratulations to all who participated and especially our certificate winners.
