Members of the PTA were thrilled to be involved in the SEAMC (South East Asia Mathematics Competition) event last week. We welcomed students and staff arriving at KLIA and KLIA2 from international schools all over SE Asia and helped them to their coaches transporting them to their hotels.
Preparations are now underway for this year’s Summer Fair extravaganza (25th June at EP), following the first planning meeting this week. If you’d like to get involved, you still can, please contact the PTA via email. Don’t forget that we’ll be needing parents/guardians to volunteer some time on the day on the brilliant games stalls run by each year group at school so there are lots of opportunities to help! If you would be interested in registering for a vendor stall, please watch this space for details on how to do that very soon. Here are some photos from last year’s Summer Fair for those of you new to the school - it’s a fun-filled fantastic event!
The next PTA EP Group meeting will be on Friday (11th March) at 8.30am in the SP14 meeting room (above the gym) at EP. All parents are welcome to attend. Items under discussion: Staff Appreciation day, Summer Fair update, Back to School event, Any Other Business.
Staff Appreciation Day (Wednesday 23rd March); where we will ask you to bring/send in cakes, bakes, savouries and snacks as a thank you to all school staff at both campuses (teaching and non-teaching) for their care of our children throughout the school year.
TABLE TOP SALE! Saturday 7th May, 9-12am in the Main Hall at JB. If you’re moving this year and/or have some bits and pieces you no longer want or need that are in a re-sellable condition, consider booking a table (or two!) at the Table-Top Sale. RM50 per table; to register email email@example.com.
Bookings are for KLASS members only please, and no commercial vendors. Please note that buyers/sellers will be responsible for moving any items (including those unsold) from the school at the close of the sale, and that strictly no items may be left at the school.
