Congratulations to all students, staff and parents who were involved in the annual KLASS Charity Dinner held at the Concorde Hotel last week. We appreciate the support and generosity of all those who attended this event, with the funds being used to support our students’ service learning in community development, resource acquisition for those in need, and a range of wildlife and environmental conservation projects.
We are hosting the inaugural KLASS Track and Field invitational at the Secondary Campus this weekend. This is a new sports event on the calendar and an initiative we hope may lead to this becoming an annual event in the future. Thanks to Mr Ward and the PE team and best wishes to all students and staff involved.

This week I was fortunate to meet with Peter Lim, a current grandparent and past parent governor of Alice Smith. Peter served as a parent governor for many years in the period leading up to the additional acquisition of land to enable the school to expand to provide a Secondary Campus and offer education to families through to university.
Please remember to place an order for a copy of our school Yearbook for this academic year. A non-personalised colourful publication costs RM 70 and is available for order via KLASS STORE at KLASS o.p.s. before Friday, 4th May 2018. The Yearbook is a pictorial representation of a year in the life of the school. Capturing this richness, variety and depth of school life, the yearbook is a collection of many of the events and happenings of the academic year, a reflection of the vastness of educational opportunities and experiences on offer and a wonderful reminder of the students, staff, parents and partners who make KLASS so special. Don’t forget to get hold of the publication.
Please remember to follow school news, events and activities by downloading our iParent app from the app store on your respective devices by searching for “iParent” (instructions on downloading, installing and using the app are here).
