It was a great weekend in Hong Kong for the SEASAC touch rugby tournament, where all the hard work paid off during the weekend.
We were able to execute the moves that we have been practicing in training as well as showing a solid defence against the strong teams such as UWC Dover. At the beginning, the team was a bit loose- losing possessions and making silly mistakes playing to the opponent's team’s benefit. However this was soon recovered when we regained our ground playing to our rhythm and our set plays. The improvements shown by the team, as well as individually, were immense- we played better and better with each game and there were some amazing tries scored from the team. No one gave up and no one lost morale.

Our coach, Mr Newbery, encouraged all of us and coached us on the improvements we could make between games, giving us advice and positive feedback based on our performances after each match. It was an unforgettable weekend that will definitely help us prepare for our next season, we will remain eager and motivated.
