Meet the Leadership Team at Equine Park

The Leadership Team has evolved in response to the changing needs through development. It enables us to share our whole school vision with a clear focus on our mission statement. This is in line with our focus on the monitoring of individual student performance through the enhanced role of the class tutors and more rigorous academic monitoring within each faculty.


Our challenge to really "know" each and every student has resulted in the growth of the "Academic Welfare" system. This system basically recognises the importance of a blend of academic and student welfare issues as the basis for sustainable and positive growth.
