The members of the Secondary School Leadership Team bring to The Alice Smith School over 75 years of combined teaching, management and leadership experience in outstanding schools around the world. At the heart of the team's work is learning. The central goals are to ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach or even exceed their potential, and that the teaching and learning at the school are the very best they can be.
The three Assistant Principals work very much as a team, and work closely with the Middle Leaders in the school. Each Assistant Principal has responsibilities for specific curriculum and guidance areas of the school as well as for cross school areas.
