The Alice Smith School is a not-for-profit educational foundation run by the Alice Smith Schools Association. The Association is collectively owned by all the parents of students at the school. They are represented by a Council of Governors.
The Council consists of 11 elected members and seven appointed members, who are trustees from a number of Malaysian and expatriate organisations, including the school's founding organisations.
